About me

A safe place to land
I am here to support you to find a more intentional way of being in the world, which is not about ‘fixing’ yourself – but reconnecting with who you are now and how you want to experience your life.
As an Integrative Coach specialising in mental health and holistic wellbeing, I draw on extensive training and more than two decades of supporting people through trauma and injustice to guide you in a grounded and compassionate way.
Who I work with

I work with people who feel burnt out, depleted, or disconnected. I have welcomed clients who are:
Intellectually aware but stuck somatically
You may have done a lot of talk therapy, understand your patterns, history, and triggers in your head—yet nothing feels different in your body. You are ready to close the gap between intellectual understanding and felt change.
High-achieving perfectionists
You are used to overriding your body’s clear warning signs to keep up with demands. You have lived in a state of high-functioning survival mode for so long that you aren’t sure how to slow down.
Depleted changemakers or professionals
You spend your life navigating intense workplace cultures, institutional conditioning, or systemic pressures. You carry the weight of your environment in your physical body and find yourself on the edge of—or recovering from—deep burnout.
People in life transitions
You are moving through a major life shift, relationship dynamic change, or identity transition. You feel stuck or untethered, and you are ready to rediscover who you are now, rather than who you were conditioned to be.
Lived experience
My path into this work has been one of navigating through my own dis-ease and chronic ill health. Things came to a head a few years ago.
Between work, study, commuting, volunteering, and trying to maintain my relationships, my health suffered. My body was sending me strong messages that I could not continue living this way. As a high achieving perfectionist – I persisted.
Eventually my body made the decision for me: I became so unwell that I was forced to stop. I had reached burnout – an extreme state of physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion.
I began a long and slow journey back to myself, making difficult decisions about how I want to experience my life, and creating transformation to live in more aligned and joyful ways.

Knowledge and Expertise
A world traveller and lifelong student, I built a successful international career in the field of human rights. I earned an MA in Postcolonial Studies, an MA Human Rights, and PhD in Women and Gender Studies which focused on the systemic causes of trauma.
Working with people who face injustice and marginalisation taught me a great deal about how much we carry our experiences in our bodies and the impact this has. I also developed a nuanced understanding of systemic structures, burnout culture, institutional conditioning, and relationship dynamics.
Alongside my academic work, I am a dedicated student of holistic healing. I am a qualified yoga, meditation, and pranayama teacher, and a Reiki Master. My own healing has also led me to study and practise somatic therapy, breathwork, Ayurvedic medicine, and integrative psychotherapy, to name a few.
Using body-centered practices enabled me to process how systemic pressures were showing up in my body as stress, disconnection, and dis-ease.
Each of these modalities continues to deepen my understanding of what it takes to show up authentically for myself: grounding in my body and bringing awareness to how I relate.
My experiences, training, and passion have brought me to the deeply fulfilling work of walking alongside and guiding others on their path.
