Frequently Asked Questions

My approach is humanistic and person-centred, with the understanding that we are made up of mind, body and spirit. I focus on slowing down and untangling long-standing patterns, in a space where curiosity, exploration and dialogue are welcome.
The work is relational and embodied: we pay attention to the relationship between us, and to physical sensations. I hold space with compassion so that awareness and understanding can develop as the foundations for lasting change.
Our one-to-one sessions will be interactive and engaged, with an open dialogue between us. I will offer you a non-judgmental space and support you to be more self-aware, while we explore the here and now.
I aim to create a sense of emotional safety and grounding, and I’ll share bespoke practices and exercises with you to try in session and between sessions.
Yes, you are welcome to book session by session. This is a popular option with those who have completed Programmes and would like ad hoc support (a Sustaining Session).
Your initial Deep Dive Session (£150) is credited towards any package you commit to within 14 days.
The 3 Month and 6 Month Programmes allow for deeper exploration, with time to integrate what you’re learning.
Working with the body takes time, and the Programmes give you a steady structure to stay with the process, including the difficult parts.
Programmes also include bespoke grounding practices, somatic exercises, and text/email support between sessions.
We can discuss if continuing our work with an additional Programme would be beneficial for you.
The Sustaining Space: Once you have completed a Programme, you gain access to ad-hoc Sustaining Sessions (£125). These are maintenance checkpoints whenever you need.
While there is some overlap between the skill set and scope in these modalities, Integrative Coaching is more focused and requires a commitment to change.
Sessions are every two weeks so that you have time to reflect, practice, and integrate the work we are doing. Programmes are also time-limited rather than open ended, although you are welcome to commit to another Programme if that is right for you.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are struggling and require urgent help, please contact your GP or a suitable medical practitioner. Samaritans are also available on 116 123.
Get in touch to book a free 15-minute phone/video call, so we can explore whether we’re aligned for this work. We can then talk about which option suits you.
All sessions are confidential. The only exception is where I believe someone is at serious risk of harm, or where I’m legally required to share information. This will be discussed with the client first where possible.
I take the security of your personal information seriously, and use encryption and security measures to protect your data. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
You can pay by bank transfer. Payment is due in advance for each Programme. For the 3-Month and 6-Month Programmes, I offer a payment plan of 3 and 6 instalments respectively; get in touch to arrange this.
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you sign your Client Coaching Agreement, and you can cancel in that time by emailing hello@rakinderreehal.com. If you ask to start sessions within those 14 days, you’ll pay only for the sessions you’ve had, and I’ll refund the rest.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session without charge. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full.
The 3-Month Alignment Programme sessions are valid for up to 4 months, and the 6-Month Transformation Programme sessions are valid for up to 8 months.
If the fees are out of reach, please get in touch about my low-cost programme. Availability is limited, and it’s for people ready to commit to a programme but facing financial constraints.
